About

Dr. Felicia Nicolas

Dr. Felicia Nicolas was born and raised in Spring Valley, NY. After high school, she attended New York University where she received a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in chemistry. She then went on to receive a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry. Before entering private practice, Dr. Nicolas continued her postgraduate studies by completing a residency at Westchester Medical Center, where she received extensive training in managing head and neck trauma. She went on to complete another year of residency at Open Door Family Medical Centers, focusing on increasing access to care to the underserved and low-income populations. During these 2 years, Dr. Nicolas also completed her Master of Public Health at New York Medical College.

Inspired by her own dentist growing up, Dr. Nicolas knew she wanted to follow the same career path from a young age. As someone who was once fearful of the dentist, she realized how the right dentist could change lives by not only giving patients the smiles they deserve, but by making the dental experience as enjoyable as possible. Dr. Nicolas lives by the advice she once received from a mentor in dental school, “Treat every patient how you would treat your loved one.”

Dr. Nicolas performs all aspects of general dentistry, including restorative dentistry, implant restorative dentistry, endodontic procedures, extractions and minor oral surgery procedures, and periodontic and prosthodontic treatments. She is an active member of the American Dental Association and the New York Dental Association. In her free time, Dr. Nicolas loves to read and spend time with her family.
